Quotes and bookings
Quotes are subject to property type, location, access arrangements, urgency and the service required. A booking is not confirmed until accepted by Compliance 4 Landlords.
Access to property
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the property, meters, appliances, electrical installations, communal areas or other relevant areas required for the service.
Reports and certificates
Reports and certificates are based on the condition and information available at the time of inspection. Any recommendations, observations or limitations will be set out in the relevant report.
Legal responsibility
It remains the responsibility of the landlord, property owner, managing agent or responsible person to ensure that all legal duties are met.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information or from failure by the customer to act on recommendations, arrange remedial works, provide access or comply with legal duties.
Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The latest version will be shown on this page.
